Questions employers ask

Why is the team price lower than the individual price?

An organisation account enrols people in one place, with one payment or invoice and one manager following progress. That costs us less to run than many separate enrolments, and we pass the saving on: every qualification is 10% below the price one person pays today.

Do exam fees count?

Yes. GCSE prices include exam entry and centre fees, and Functional Skills prices include one sitting of each exam. There is nothing to add at exam time unless a learner resits.

How long does a qualification take?

Each row shows the typical study time. Learners work through the course online around their shifts, with a tutor marking their work, and most finish within the time shown. You set a finish date for each person and follow progress in your account.

Can we mix qualifications and CPD courses in one order?

Yes. Add qualification places and CPD places to the same order and pay once, by card or invoice. CPD courses are £16.99 each for 1 to 49 places and less from 50.
