A Level Physics is one of the most versatile science A Levels adults can study. It is required or strongly preferred for engineering degrees (mechanical, electrical, civil, aerospace), physics, astrophysics, and materials science, and it is a common requirement for architecture and technology-related routes. Many adult learners take Physics online because they have decided to pivot into engineering or the wider STEM economy and need to add the qualification to an existing profile.
The course is awarded by AQA (specification 7408) and quality-assured by Ofqual under the national A* to E grading scale. All theory teaching, worked examples, past-paper practice, and tutor feedback is delivered online, covering the full specification: measurements and errors, particles and radiation, waves, mechanics and materials, electricity, further mechanics and thermal physics, fields and their consequences, nuclear physics, and one option module from astrophysics, medical physics, engineering physics, turning points in physics, or electronics.
