What does the organisation account cost?
Nothing. There is no set-up fee, no subscription and no minimum number of people. You pay only for the courses you enrol people on, at 15% off the listed price.
Is the 15% fixed, or does it depend on how many people we enrol?
It is fixed. Every enrolment through your account is 15% off the price shown on liftcollege.co.uk for the whole course, whether you enrol one person or fifty. It applies to short courses as well as qualifications.
How quickly can we start?
Straight away. Fill in the form and your account opens in about two minutes, already signed in. It starts with example learners on Fire Safety Training, so you can see the dashboard, a sample certificate and the course itself exactly as your learners will. Buy places when you are ready, and name your people then or later. Each person gets their own login and a tutor from the start.
How do we pay?
By card as you add each person, or by invoice. Choose invoice when you enrol and add your own PO number. Invoices are on 30-day terms and the person starts when the payment arrives.
What can we see about each person?
How far through the course they are, when they last studied, each unit and assignment as it is completed, and whether they are on track for the finish date you set. You see progress only. Written work, feedback and marks stay between the learner and their tutor.
What happens if someone leaves?
If they leave before submitting their first assignment, we move their place to someone else at no cost. This applies to every course. Once someone has submitted work, their place stays open until they finish.
Are these real, regulated qualifications?
Yes. The qualifications are awarded by Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) and AQA and are on the Ofqual register; the qualification number is shown against each one. Short courses are certificated by Lift College and are not regulated qualifications.
Can we put our own branding on the account?
Yes. The account comes in Lift College colours by default, and you can add your own logo and colours so it looks like your organisation to the managers who use it.
Does the Level 3 Early Years Educator count in ratio?
Yes, at Level 3, provided the person also holds a suitable Level 2 English qualification. Under the DfE early years qualification requirements, staff with a Level 3 but no Level 2 English count at Level 2. Functional Skills English Level 2 is in the price list for anyone who needs it.
Is this an apprenticeship?
No. These are qualifications studied online around work, with no off-the-job hours to log, no levy paperwork and no funding application. Enrol someone today and they start today.
